Potato Roasted Chicken Wings

Cut the chicken wings diagonally with two knives and put them in a bowl,

Add green onion, ginger, salt and cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes;

Heat a pan, put a little oil, add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and ginger slices and stir fry;

Put the marinated chicken wings in;

Fry both sides until golden brown;

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir fry;

Add appropriate amount of water, cover and cook for five minutes;

Then fish out aniseed;

Add potato wedges, cover and continue to cook for 15 minutes;

Tips:
1. Scratch the surface of the chicken wings to make it easier to taste, add ginger, spring onion, cooking wine and salt to marinate;
2. Fry the marinated chicken wings until golden on both sides, then add cooking wine and light soy sauce and cook for five minutes;
3. Add potatoes and cook for fifteen minutes (adjust the time according to how easy your own potatoes are);
4. Finally, add green and red pepper flakes and salt and other seasonings and stir-fry evenly. After the green and red pepper changes color, set it out.
