Potato Salad

Ingredients: potatoes, salad dressing, corn sausage, carrots, cucumbers, boiled egg whites, bacon.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into thick slices, and steam them in a steamer for 10 minutes until cooked.

Cut carrots, cucumbers, corn sausages, and boiled egg white into 0.8 cm particles, and cut bacon into small pieces.

Heat the pot, add 10 grams of butter, and cook until melted.

Add bacon and stir fry.

Add the carrots and corn sausage and stir fry for a minute.

Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Add cooked egg white and cucumber, stir-fry for half a minute to serve.

Take the steamed potatoes out, put them in a large bowl, and mash them with a spoon.

Put the fried ingredients into the mashed potatoes.

1. There are many flavors of salad dressing, such as original flavor, sweet flavor, Caesar flavor, roasted sesame flavor, etc. For today's potato salad, I chose Teriyaki flavor. You can choose according to your own taste. Suitable salad dressing and side dishes.
