Potato Salad

Sliced ham

Boil a small half pot of boiling water, and boil the mixed vegetables for 1min

Remove the dry water
4.
Wash potatoes and steam them (I use a pressure cooker, ten minutes after SAIC)
5.
Peel the potatoes while they are hot and crush them
6.
Add assorted vegetables, diced ham, and a pinch of salt to the mashed potatoes
7.
Stir evenly while hot
8.
After the mashed potatoes have cooled slightly, add the salad dressing

Mix well

You can also eat it with octopus crispy sausage!
Tips:
1. Steam the potatoes until they can be easily inserted with chopsticks
2. The blanched mixed vegetables should be dried
3. You can also add appropriate amount of white pepper according to personal taste
