Potato Salad

Prepare the materials and start!

After the potatoes are washed and peeled

Use a planer to cut into thin slices

Soak in water for a while to wash away the starch, the taste will be more crisp

Start the pot to boil the water, and you can start processing the ingredients at the same time. After the water is boiled, add potato chips and a small amount of salt. Wait for the water to boil again, turn off the heat in 30 seconds and remove the potato chips

Tips:
1. When cutting potato slices, try to be as thin as possible, otherwise it will affect the taste after being cooked.
2. Put the cooked potato chips into ice water immediately to make the potato chips crispy and tender. The cut potato chips will not be boiled immediately, they will oxidize and change color. Putting them in water can prevent them from changing color or remove starch.
3. The amount of seasoning is added according to personal taste. If you like more spicy, add more chili oil and mix well.
