Potato Salad

Peel the prepared ingredients: cucumber, green onion, 1 egg, carrot, Kewpie salad dressing or Thousand Island dressing as shown in the right amount.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and steam them in a steamer. At the same time, put an egg and steam them together. Usually 15-20 minutes is enough.

While steaming the potatoes, cut the other ingredients into rice-sized dices and put them on the plate for later use.

After the eggs are cleared, the yolks are put in the potatoes and mashed together. Cut the egg whites into dice and set aside.

Pour the prepared accessories into the mashed potatoes and stir, the salad dressing and Thousand Island dressing are appropriate, according to personal taste.

After mixing, put it in the refrigerator and keep it cool for a while. On serving, it tastes very beautiful.
Tips:
Note: You can break the large part of the egg before steaming, so that air can easily enter when steaming, and it is not easy to protect the skin after the egg is finished.
