Potato salad is also a Japanese-style mashed potato. It has a fresh taste. I originally used Kubi’s ordinary salad dressing to make it. This time I switched to the salad dressing.

Ingredients

Potato Salad Chobe Salad Dressing

1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices and the onion into thin strips. Add half a teaspoon of salt respectively, and marinate for half an hour.

2. Carrots thinly sliced and blanched for later use

3. Peel and dice potatoes, steam them on the pot, steam the eggs at the same time, and steam for 15 minutes after boiling

4. After the potatoes and eggs are steamed, they are put into a container and rolled into a puree at the same time. The fresh-keeping bag I used (sorry the cat messed up)

5. Put eggs and mashed potatoes in a container, add salt, black pepper and a small amount of white rice vinegar

6. Add blanched carrots, pickled cucumbers and onions to dry out the moisture

7. Pour in the kubi salad dressing (salad dressing can also be used, the dressing is relatively dry, and a small amount of milk can be added)

8. Stir evenly

9. It tastes better when it's iced for a while
