Potato Salad with Green Sauce

1. First, prepare the green sauce. You can buy the green sauce or make it yourself.
Green sauce is a sauce of pasta, Italian pesto, also translated as pesto. This sauce is made of 30 grams of basil, 2 cloves of garlic, 30 grams of pine nuts, 25 grams of Parmesan cheese, 100 grams of extra virgin olive oil, 2 grams of salt and 1 gram of pepper. Just make it into puree sauce.

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.

Take a boiling pot, put the potatoes in, add the water that has just poured over the potatoes, add half a teaspoon of salt to the water, boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes and it will be fully cooked.

Pour out the water used to boil the potatoes, add the green sauce and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste as needed, because the green sauce is salty and there is pepper in it.
Note: You can also add some salad dressing if you like.
Tips:
1. When boiled potatoes, boil on high heat first, then turn to low heat, so that they cook thoroughly.
