Potato Sausage Claypot Rice

All the ingredients are ready, the potatoes are dice, the sausage is steamed and sliced, and the onions are dice.

Wash the rice in advance and soak for one hour. Brush the bottom of the casserole with a layer of oil, pour the washed rice into the casserole, add two drops of edible oil, and put it in the gas stove to steam.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add onions and sauté, add potatoes and stir-fry on high heat until the potatoes are transparent, add the chopped sausages.

Add a pinch of salt, and add some June braised soy sauce. Stir fry for a minute and turn off the heat.

When the rice is steamed until the moisture is reduced, add the fried vegetable sausage, spread it flat on the rice, and continue to steam for ten minutes.

Sprinkle a little garlic sprouts on it and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The bottom of the pot must be brushed with a layer of oil, not too much. Otherwise it is easy to stick to the pot.
