Potato Shreds

Potatoes peeled

Shred

Soak in cold water for 10 minutes

Boil the water for about 5 minutes

Shred carrots, green radishes and onions, mince garlic

Coriander cut into sections

Put all the ingredients in the basin

Add sugar, salt, apple cider vinegar, fish sauce and mix well

To increase appetite, decorate with coriander leaves

Tips:
1. Add ingredients to the cooking as you like.
2. If you don't like fish sauce, you can replace it with sesame oil. I prefer a light and fresh fragrance.
