Potato Slices

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Put oil on the bottom of a non-stick pan, then put potatoes on the surface of the pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow, ready to use.

Marinate the meat slices with soy sauce, wine, cornstarch, and salt for a while, then put them in a wok and fry them. After the meat is broken, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and water, and then pour the fried potato slices back into the pan and simmer for a while.

Finally, pour the green onions and stir-fry for a few times to get out of the pot.
