Potato Spinach Shrimp Cake

Cut the potatoes into cubes, cut the onions into small cubes, put them in the vegetable soup that has just been used, add the bay leaves, cook for about 13 minutes, until the potato flour.

Cut small sweet peppers into circles, wash spinach, squeeze water, roughly chop, mince garlic.

Reduce the oil in the pan and saute the garlic until fragrant.

Add spinach and bell peppers, and fry dry.

Pick the boiled potatoes out of the soup, add them to the pot, crush them with a spatula, and fry them dry. Try to break it up a bit, the cake will not be easy to disperse after a while. If you like mashed potatoes, mash the potatoes with a mixer before adding them to the pot.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, turn off the heat, add Dutch shrimps, and stir.

Put it into a baking tray of suitable size, in the preheated oven, the middle and upper layer, 180 degrees, bake until the surface begins to brown. If you prefer a drier texture, spread with tin foil and bake for a total of about 20 minutes.
