Potato Stew

Stir well and add two spoons of Lee Kum Kee Spare Rib Sauce (I really love this, a versatile sauce)

Stir evenly, without a cover, cook on high heat for 3-5 minutes, until the ratio of soup to vegetables in the pot is close to 1:1 (a little more soup is fine)
