Potato Stew

Ingredients: Potatoes, (Pork belly ~ half cut in the picture is enough) garlic stems

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into small pieces, cut the pork belly into small pieces, and cut the garlic stems into cubes.

Stir-fry pork belly in a hot pan until the oil turns brown.

Pour the potato pieces and stir fry over high heat.

Pour in the garlic seedlings and stir fry.

Add salt, light soy sauce, and chicken noodles and stir fry evenly.

Shovel it up and set it aside for later use.

Rice and water are added to the rice cooker as usual.

Pour down the fried ingredients, press the cooker button, turn off the power when the meal is ready, don't rush to open the lid, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Open the lid, sprinkle diced red pepper and chopped green onion, and use a rice spoon to break up the rice. Ready to eat.
Tips:
When cooking rice, the same amount of water as usual is enough. If you add too much water, it will become a paste. When adding salt, you should consider the amount of ingredients and add some light soy sauce during the frying process to improve the freshness and color of the oil. When the ingredients are stir-fried, stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil, and the surface of the potatoes can be wrinkled, and the potatoes can be kept as they are by heating them again during the cooking process.
