Potato Stew Chicken Soup

                                Wash the chicken and chop into pieces; slice ginger and tear off green onions.

                                Heat up the pot and pour 1 teaspoon of oil, sauté the ginger slices, add the chicken pieces and stir fry until there is no blood.
