Although I don't like potatoes, but my son and parents-in-law love to eat them, so they cooked potato-themed braised rice, which is simple and less oily.

Ingredients

Potato Stew Rice in Casserole

1. Wash the rice and put it in a casserole, pour in an appropriate amount of water for later use (slightly more than usual rice cooker). Dice potatoes and sausages and wash green beans.

Tips:

1. If the salami is salty enough, do not add salt. 2. The casserole stew is delicious and won't burn the pot. 3. The amount of water is moderate, and it is better to simmer until it has a slightly pasty taste. Potato rice with a little crispy rice is more chewy after cooking.
