Potato Stew Trotters

All spices, garlic, sauté in a pot

Blanch the pig's feet, rinse and stir-fry

Stir fry and color, add lemon, chili, rock sugar, add light soy sauce and press for half an hour

The potatoes are cooked and stir-fried for two minutes, continue to collect the juice, and remove from the pan.
Tips:
Spices can be substituted directly in a marinated bag, or stewed in a casserole.
