Potato Stew with Radish

Wash dry radish and cut into hob pieces.

The potatoes are peeled, washed, and cut into hob pieces.

Put the oil in the wok to heat up, add the green onion, ginger and aniseed to the wok and stir fragrant.

Stir-fry with soy sauce.

Potatoes are fried in a pot.

Add a little soy sauce and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water. Cover the pot and stew. Bring to a boil on a high fire, and simmer on a slow fire. Turn over at the right time.

When the potatoes are simmered until 5 minutes of ripeness, the dry radish is simmered in the pot.

When the stew is about 8 or 9 minutes, add salt. Stew until the potatoes and radish are cooked, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. Simmering stewed vegetables will taste better.
2. Soybean paste has a strong taste, so it is not advisable to add a variety of seasonings, and less salt should be added.
