Potato Tofu

Raw materials

Slice potatoes, slice meat, chop green onions

Pour animal oil and vegetable oil into the pot. I like to eat both oils together, or you can use only one, depending on personal preference.

Heat oil slightly, add pork belly

After the oil comes out, add chopped green onion

For the aroma, add the potatoes and stir fry

Add bean paste, sugar, and stir fry

Stir-fry evenly and add water, without the potatoes

Put the tofu on top of the potatoes and sprinkle salt on the tofu. The salt should be slightly more than usual. Don't turn it over, cover the pot directly after sprinkling the salt. The fire starts to boil, about 15 minutes or so, depending on the amount of soup.

Turn off the fire after it's almost like this

Turn off the heat, mix well, and it's ready to be served.
