Potato Tomato Salad

The cucumber is divided into four lengthwise and then cut into small pieces; the onion does not need to be too much, just season it, and cut into cubes smaller than the cucumber slices. I usually only use the onion core for the cold onion, which is more tender.

The potatoes are divided into two, steamed with the skin, and they are almost cooked after boiling for 20 minutes. After a while, they are peeled and diced.

Peel and dice tomatoes. Tomato skin is not easy to digest for some people. Peeling method: You can boil it with boiling water or steam it in a steamer for half a minute.

Put the above ingredients together and stir in an appropriate amount of salt. The amount of salt depends on the salt content of your own salad dressing. Then cut the egg into cubes and stir in.

The salad dressing is a bit greasy in terms of saltiness or sweetness. I added this tomato sauce and the amount is slightly less than the salad dressing.

Tips:
For people who eat salads often, it is recommended to go to Metro to buy large packages of salad dressing in bags, which are very cheap, and there are two kinds of Kubi and Holomen. The latter is sweet. I bought it and put it in the big bottle that used to contain salad dressing.
