Potato Tuna Salad
1.
You can buy a potato and a radish in the canned tuna at the supermarket. I added half an avocado (the avocado is better to pick up and have a softer taste!! Then cut it from the middle and use a spoon to dig out the flesh)
2.
Cook the potatoes and carrots slices and cook until they are softer, and you can easily press them into puree when they can be opened by chopsticks.
3.
Cut cooked carrots into cubes to make it into mashed potatoes to wrap the carrots.
4.
It doesn’t need to be too thin because we make the salad.
5.
Add the dug avocado and a whole canned tuna, stir well, then add salt and pepper according to your taste, and enjoy the deliciousness.
