This snack is super easy to make, and zero cooking skills are completely OK! But the taste is not lost to French fries. I like potato wedges, because I think the taste is richer: the outside is charred and the inside is tender, which can better reflect the flavor of potatoes!

Ingredients

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into large pieces, wash off the starch, and soak in salted water
