Potato Yolk Crisp

Peel and wash potatoes, cut into pieces and steam.

The potatoes are rolled into a puree.

Add black pepper, salt, and sugar in turn and stir well.

Knead the mashed potatoes into small balls by hand and place them on the baking tray.

Brush the egg liquid on the top of the potato balls, and then sprinkle a little black sesame seeds.

Preheat the oven in advance, fire up and down 180 degrees, bake for 5 minutes.
