Potatoes

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, mince garlic, wash chopped green onion, and cut into small pieces.

Put potatoes in a pot under cold water and cook.

Remove the boiled potatoes, put them in cold water, and heat the pan with oil.

Drown the oil over the potatoes, turn in the salt, and flip gently.

Tips:
When adding seasonings, be sure to use a small fire machine to avoid mashing the pot and the potatoes should not be overcooked. When frying potatoes, occasionally push the pot gently to prevent the potatoes from sticking to the pot.
