Tips:
1: The potatoes must be completely cooled before cutting, the hot cut will not form;
2: When you turn it over, use a suitable disc to invert it without turning over the spoon, then pour it back into the pan and fry it will not break up;
3: Cumin and chili noodles will be more fragrant after stirring.
