Potatoes with Salted Fish
1.
Cut potatoes and rinse with water
2.
Cut salted fish into cubes and heat 50% of the oil in the pan
3.
Fry until golden brown and set aside
4.
Pour in ginger, salted fish, millet, pepper and garlic soy sauce
5.
Stir-fry evenly out of the pan for later use
6.
Pour the potato chips
7.
Pour in the light soy sauce and salted fish water to collect the juice.
