Potatoes with Sword Beans

Cut the potatoes into strips, cut off the beans, and rinse with water

Heat the oil, add garlic, dried chilies, and stir fry

Add the beans, stir-fry potatoes, add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce in turn, stir fry for one minute

Then add it to the casserole, turn to low heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, add salt and spring onions out of the pot
Tips:
If you like to eat sweeter ones, you can add some sugar. Canape beans are not easy to be cooked. You can also fry them first and then add potatoes.
