Potherb Mustard Stewed Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, soak the salted potherb mustard in warm water, and wash it several times

Tofu cut into pieces, potherb mustard into pieces

Sliced pork belly, minced green onion and ginger

Add oil to the pan and heat up, add the pork belly and stir fry until the oil comes out

Add green onion and ginger until fragrant

Stir fry with potherb mustard

Then add water, soy sauce, pepper powder

Add the tofu cubes, boil and simmer for about 5 minutes, and serve.
Tips:
It’s delicious if you use more oil in cooking. Potherb mustard is salty, so you don’t need to add salt.
