Pounded Green Beans in Garlic Mortar

After washing the kidney beans in water, remove the tendons at both ends.

Boil the selected kidney beans in a pot of boiling water.

Cut the blanched kidney beans into small pieces for later use.

Peel garlic, wash ginger buds, cut small red peppers into small sections, and cut wild leek into small sections for later use.

Put salt, monosodium glutamate, and small red pepper in the garlic mortar and pound it into a puree of pepper.

Tips:
1. Uncooked kidney beans are poisonous, so the kidney beans must be blanched.
2. Add chili and salt according to personal taste.
