Cut the tofu into pieces and set aside.

Add a spoonful of salt to the pot, blanch the tofu, and remove.

Pour oil in a wok and sauté the chopped green onion into the Lao Gan Ma hot sauce.

Stir fragrant.

Add tofu

Add soy sauce

Bring to a high heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Finally thicken the starch with water
9.
Sprinkle chopped green onion out of the pot
Tips:
Adding salt and blanching the tofu can remove some of the beany flavor and make the tofu burn until it is not easy to break.
