Prawn Cheese Baked Potatoes

Spread a piece of greased paper on the baking tray, then divide the mashed potatoes into several equal parts and arrange them into shapes. I used a small teacup as a mold to buckle the mashed potatoes into this shape.

Add diced ham and chopped chives to the mashed potatoes, then add some salt, black pepper, a little sugar and melted butter and stir well.

Remove the head, shell, and tail of the shrimp. Make a cut on the back of the shrimp to a depth of one-third. Then shave the shrimp thread, pour in cooking wine and salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dice ham and chop chives.

The steamed potatoes are pureed.

The prawns are blanched in boiling water until they are broken, then dipped in honey and placed on the cheese slices.
