Prawn Tofu in Casserole

Prepare the ingredients: cut off the prawns, cut off the black thread on the back, cut thin slices of ham, cut soft tofu, slice mushrooms, and peel and slice carrots.

Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger and garlic, add shrimp, stir fry until it turns red, pick up the shrimp and set aside

Stir fragrant ham slices in a wok, add cooking wine

Add sliced mushrooms and stir fry.

Put in 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil and turn to a low heat for 15 minutes.

Add tofu cubes and carrot slices and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Then add the fried prawns to a boil, season with appropriate amount of salt, and sprinkle with coriander or diced green onions.
Tips:
1 The ham slices are salty, and the amount of salt is added according to the taste of each person.
2 The soft tofu tastes tender and smooth, do not turn it after putting it in, otherwise the tofu will be unsightly if it is broken.
