Pre-dinner Appetizer-spicy Cabbage and Potato Shreds

Ingredients: fermented spicy cabbage (with soup), potatoes (after peeling and washing, cut into filaments and soak in clean water for 5 minutes to remove the starch in the potatoes), cut green and red peppers into shreds, and cut chives Shredded, cooked white sesame seeds.
