Preserved Egg Tofu

Cut and put on the plate

Three eggs cut into small pieces and put on the tofu
3.
Cilantro garlic green onion green red pepper chopped
4.
Sprinkle on tofu preserved eggs
5.
Light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil, salt and stir a few times

Sprinkle it in a circle and put it on
Tips:
You can also leave out the salt because the light soy sauce is flavorful. The soft tofu and preserved egg are delicious. You can also add some chili oil
