Preserved Egg Tofu

The preserved eggs are made into four pieces with string as shown in the figure.

Cut the lactone tofu into pieces.
3.
Put the sliced preserved eggs and tofu on the plate.

Prepare a bowl of seasoning sauce, minced green onion, minced garlic, millet spicy ring, coriander salt, white sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, spicy soy sauce, sesame oil and stir well.
5.
This is the prepared sauce.
6.
Pour it on the preserved egg tofu.
