Preserved Egg Tofu

The lactone tofu was poured out, swiped several times, holding the plate and shaking the tofu, the tofu fell apart. Steam it on the pot

Diced preserved egg, chopped mustard

Cut pork into small cubes, and ginger into small cubes

Put the steamed tofu aside and let it out for a little longer, so that the dishes will not be watery.

Stir-fry the diced pork and mustard greens in the pot. The chopped pepper I use is not salted. Then, spread it on the preserved egg, and the delicious preserved egg tofu can be eaten
Tips:
Steam the tofu to get rid of the smell of tofu; be sure to put the water on the side, this step cannot be omitted.
