Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

There are three preserved eggs, peeled the shell, and the knife edge is soaked in water. (I heard that thread can be used, and the cut is very beautiful

Chopped green and red pepper

Chopped green onion, ginger and garlic

Add oil to the pot and fry the minced garlic

Add minced green and red peppers and stir fry for a spicy taste

Add salt, very fresh, chopped green onion

Stir-fry and serve, pour a spoonful into vinegar, a little sugar

Tips:
If you don’t like spicy food, you may wish to put peppers and cucumbers on it, too
