Preserved Egg with Cold Dressing

Prepare two preserved eggs

Peel well.

Cut each into quarters and put them on the plate.

After mixing in the soy sauce, cold vinegar, and sesame oil, cut the ginger into small cubes, tear the green onion leaves into shreds, and spread them on the plate.
Tips:
1. When eating, take a piece of preserved egg with some minced ginger and add one or two shreds of green onion leaves, it is very fragrant.
