Preserved Eggs with Green Peppers in Oil

Wash the green peppers, tear them up and remove the seeds. (You can choose to wear disposable gloves to avoid harsh hands)

Preserved eggs peeled and reserved

Heat the pan to medium-low heat, add green peppers and stir fry until the green peppers become soft.

Add the right amount of salt, continue to stir fry and roll. When it's ripe, serve it out and set aside.

Heat oil in the pot, add the freshly-fried green peppers, stir fry a few times, then put in the preserved eggs, turn off the heat, crush the preserved eggs and green peppers to taste each other.
