Griddle Pork Slices

Cut the meat into large slices. The slices should be about 3mm thick. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 2 tablespoons of starch into the meat slices. Grab it with your hands and marinate for 10 minutes.

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, mix and stir well.

Heat the pan, add ginger slices and sauté fragrant, add the marinated pork slices and stir fry. Fry the meat dish to discolor, and fry the moisture in the dried meat slices. Pour in the sauce

Put the lid on and simmer for about 5 minutes. After boiling, fry the moisture from the seasoning in the dried pork slices, add the chili and chopped green onion. Sprinkle some cooked sesame seeds and stir well.
Tips:
The meat is marinated before cooking, so that the fried meat is not of good quality and tastes smooth and tender.

\nAfter adding the seasoning, let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Roughly simmer the moisture in the seasoning. Open the lid and fry to remove the moisture and add the chili.
