Stir-fried vegetables with shredded pork or pork slices is the most common practice, but generally use lean meat to stir-fry vegetables. It will have a bad taste, and the pork slices are either too strong in taste or not tasty, and they taste very good. Not going well.

This situation is actually caused by the wrong method of operation. When I stir-fry with meat, I won’t cut the meat, so I will do one more step so that the fried shredded meat or sliced meat will not taste bad at all. On the contrary, the meat is tender and delicious, and it goes well with all the vegetables. Today I made stir-fried shredded pork with green pepper and a little carrot. It is a very nutritious and tender stir-fry. It can be used directly as the main dish, or it can be used as a salty noodle.

Shredded Pork and Green Pepper

1. The meat is shredded, about the same thickness as chopsticks

2. Shred green peppers and carrots, the thickness of green peppers and shredded pork are similar, carrots are thinner, onions are also shredded, and ginger is finely chopped.

3. Pour the chopped pork into about one tablespoon of light soy sauce and mix with a tablespoon of starch

4. Mix well and marinate for 5 minutes

5. Put the oil in the hot pan, fry the fragrant ginger in the oil and fry the fragrant pepper

6. Add pork shreds and stir fry

7. Stir-fry the moisture in the shredded pork to make it oily

8. Add carrot shreds and fry until soft

9. Put the green pepper and onion

10. Stir fry until evenly over high heat

Tips:

Whether it is shredded pork or sliced pork, first mix light soy sauce and starch, marinate and stir-fry. After being cooked, the taste will never become scorched.
