Sweet and Sour Green Pepper Stuffed with Meat

Wash the pork and chop into meat;

Wash the shallots and chop into chopped green onions; chop old ginger into minced ginger;

Add chopped green onion, minced ginger, sugar, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, eggs, sesame oil into the meat;
