This pretzel is very delicious. I didn’t make the pretzel by myself. I bought the ready-made biscuits. The biscuits are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have a slightly salty and pretzel flavor.

Pretzel

1. Add yeast, soda flour, 1 teaspoon of salt to flour and mix well, then add warm water and mix until flocculent

2. Knead into a smooth dough

3. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to ferment in a warm place

4. Fermented to double size

5. Take out the exhaust gas and divide it into small doses of uniform size

6. Prepare salt and pepper, cooking oil, sesame seeds

7. Take a small dose and roll it into shape

8. Brush with cooking oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper

9. Then roll up from top to bottom

10. Roll up again

11. Sesame seeds on one side

12. Flatten the dough

13. Then roll it out into a round cake

14. Brush with another layer of oil and fold in half

15. Fold in half again to form a triangular pie

16. After everything is done, cover with plastic wrap and let for 20 minutes

17. Brush a layer of oil on the pan and heat it up and fry it over a low heat

18. Fry until golden on both sides

19. Put the fried biscuits into the baking tray

20. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes

21. Ready to eat

Tips:

When frying in a pan, be sure to use a low heat to avoid frying the sesame seeds. If you don’t have an oven, you can fry them in a pan.
