Pretzel
1.
Put the yeast powder in a small bowl, add a little sugar, and pour 100 grams from 190 grams of warm water
2.
Stir well and let stand for 5 minutes
3.
After 5 minutes, pour the yeast water into the flour, start mixing the dough, continue to add the remaining water, add it in portions, not all at once. It can be adjusted slightly according to the water absorption of the flour! Knead the dough into a three-gloss (face-gloss, pot-gloss, hand-gloss) dough, seal and ferment
4.
About 1 hour, the dough will grow to twice its size. Just press it with your fingers and it won’t shrink.
5.
Take out the noodles and place them on the chopping board to knead smoothly, sprinkle dry flour to prevent sticking! Relax for 10 minutes after kneading
6.
Divide the loose dough into two portions, take one portion and use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a large piece, not too thin! Sprinkle with salt, corn oil, salt and pepper and spread well
7.
Then roll it up, and after rolling it into a long roll, use a knife to evenly cut into 3 portions
8.
Use your hands to squeeze each small cut at both ends and squeeze it to form a cake embryo
9.
Take a cake dough and roll it into a circle
10.
After the pan is heated, brush with a thin layer of oil, change the heat to medium and low, and put the dough in the pan
11.
Fry until the surface is golden and turn over, and fry the other side until golden
12.
Out of the pot, eat a piece while it’s hot, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
13.
If you can’t eat it, put it in the refrigerator, fry an egg for breakfast, and add a few pieces of meat. It’s also very good.
Tips:
1. Eat the baked pie while it's hot
2. Seal the uneatable cake in a fresh-keeping bag and refrigerate
3. The next time you eat it, use a pan to heat it up, use a low heat when it is hot, and cover the lid. You can put a few drops of water in the pan and turn it over.
