Pretzel Okara Cake
1.
Dry the bean dregs until warm, sprinkle with yeast powder and mix well until melted. Add flour and knead into a moderately firm dough
2.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for fermentation
3.
When the dough has grown to about twice its size, take out the dough and knead it evenly
4.
Sprinkle flour on the kneaded dough, roll out into thick slices, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and spread evenly
5.
Roll the elongated side into a long strip, and then turn the long strip into a round cake
6.
Spread a little oil in the electric baking pan, gently roll out the round cake, thin it out, and spread it on the electric baking pan
7.
Find a lid of the same size as the electric baking pan, and let the dough undergo secondary fermentation
8.
When the dough rises slightly, turn on the bottom fire of the electric baking pan and cook directly
9.
Turn it over on one side, and then take it out and cut into pieces when it’s golden on both sides.
