Private beef noodles are not comparable to branded beef noodles, but they are very popular with my family. The tender beef stew melts in your mouth and the soup is very delicious. It is very good for noodles, the main point is that the beef is open and the soup is added at will.

Private Beef Noodle

1. Cut the beef into moderately sized pieces and soak in cold water, changing the water in due course

2. Put beef, green onion, ginger, aniseed, and cinnamon in the pressure cooker

3. Add brown sugar

4. Add soy sauce

5. Sweetened noodle sauce

6. Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly, add appropriate amount of salt, cover the pot and air valve, and simmer. Turn off the heat when simmered, and set aside after decompression

7. Wash the cucumber and cut into shreds

8. Add water to a boil in a boiling pot, and boil the noodles in the pot

9. After the noodles are cooked, remove and drain the water and put them in a bowl

10. Add cucumber shreds

11. Add beef

12. Add appropriate amount of beef stew, stir well and enjoy

Tips:

1. The seasoning of beef stew is added according to personal taste.
2. The stewing time is based on the cooked ingredients.
3. The beef stew can be eaten after returning to the knife.
4. The side dishes are added according to personal preference.
