Private Braised Beef Noodles

Beef is repeatedly washed and soaked in water

Prepare hawthorn, green onion, ginger, Pixian watercress and pepper stew

Tips:
When frying the sugar color, use a low heat, otherwise the beef broth is easy to be fried.
