After washing the wok, heat the pan with a little cool oil on low heat and start to fry the sugar color. Finally, use rock candy, it won't get hot, it tastes good and the color is more beautiful. There is no rock sugar at home, so use white sugar instead. Does the oil look beautiful? The home-made flax oil is used, which has high nutritional value, and the dishes made are very fragrant.
5.
Stir-fry at low heat throughout the process until the sugar is blended into the oil, and it will look like the picture. Pour the good chicken feet into the pot. Due to the high temperature of the oil, if you are afraid of being splashed by the oil, you can cover the pot first, and shake the pot every half a minute, so that the chicken feet will not be scalded or stick to the pot. When the oil is no longer splashing in the pot, you can remove the lid of the pot and flip it gently until all the chicken feet are evenly coated with sugar.
