Private Edition-red Braised Prawns

Shrimp 500G, rinse with clean water, cut off the shrimp silk and shrimp feet.

Split the shrimp heads and rinse the sandbags inside the shrimp heads with water.

Wash and drain.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add shrimp, and fry until golden on both sides.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and fry fragrant ginger and minced garlic.

Add tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little soy sauce.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water and boil.
