Prepare all materials

Cut shiitake mushrooms into flowers, diced meat and marinate for a while, clean dried shrimp, chop small ingredients, diced tofu with boiling salt water and pour water

Pour oil in the wok, fry the chives, ginger and XO sauce

Sauté minced meat and dried shrimp until fragrant

Tips:
1. The tofu will taste more delicious after being soaked in light salt water;
2. XO sauce can be replaced with other sauces or left alone, the flavor will be different.
