Protein Souffle

Prepare a little dried cranberries and chopped walnuts for later use.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites.
3.
Use a whisk at high speed until the fisheye bubble state, add one-third of the sugar, and continue to beat.

When it reaches a rich foam state, add one-third of the sugar, and continue to beat at medium and high speed.
5.
Beat until fine foam, add the remaining one-third of the sugar, and cornstarch, beat at low speed.
6.
Just hit this upright small corner state.

Scrape the egg whites into the baking dish with a spatula, and preheat the oven at 150 degrees.

Smooth it with a spatula.
9.
Sprinkle with chopped dried fruit.

Put it in the preheated ACA North American electric oven, and put it in the middle and lower floor at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes (I put it on the bottom layer, and after taking the photo, I remember that the bottom layer is inappropriate).
11.
Bake and take out.
12.
Sifted powdered sugar looks great. Eat it while it's hot.
